We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery time will depend on the postal service you have selected and your location.
UK 1st class is typically 1-2 business days, 2nd class is 3+ and special delivery is 1 business day (Excluding weekends).

Most international mail is estimated 7 business days (Excluding any time it takes to clear customs)
Europe mail is an estimated 5 business days.
We also have DHL express which can be within 1-3 business days.

Many products have a warranty provided by the manufacture.
Some items, such as the microchip implants by Dangerous Things (xEM, NeXT etc) have their own dedicated policy with a lifetime or limited warranty.

If your shipment is sent via a trackable service, you will receive an email from us or the courier with the tracking number for your order.
Some services, such as our free Royal Mail 2nd class, are not trackable. A reference number is provided instead of a tracking number. We do offer trackable shipping, which can be purchased if required.
Please ensure that you have checked all local laws in regards to the purchase and ownership of lock picks in your area before you buy a lock pick set. It is your responsibility.
Sparrows Lock Picks, KSEC Worldwide LTD, or their employees cannot advise you on the legal nature of lock picks in your area. Please do not ask. By placing an order, the buyer asserts that the products will be used in a lawful manner and that they are of legal age.

Some payment methods, such as PayPal, will not allow the shipping address to be changed and will require you to re-order.
We can normally provide worldwide shipping to every country. If we’re unable to process your order for any unexpected reason, we will contact you and look to find an alternative method of transport.
We will always aim to ship your order in a single package. If part of the order is on backorder or out of stock, then we may contact you regarding splitting the order.
We do our best to minimize duties and taxes assessed on international shipments but some may indeed apply when importing from the UK. In our experience, VAT charges are typically unavoidable, and are collected by the shipping agent. Non-UK VAT charges are not included in our prices, and should be expected as a payment condition to the shipping agent before your order is released to you.
We are actively looking at EU VAT to be automatically collected via IOSS within 2022.

Dangerous Things implants and Vivokey Implants Have their own lifetime warranty. Most importantly:
“If there is a problem with the device, the customer may return it for testing. If the device is found to be faulty, a full refund will be issued. You may return it directly to Dangerous Things for testing. If the device is found to function appropriately, Dangerous Things will return it directly to the customer and it will be up to the customer to determine what to do with the device. The returned device will not be re-sterilized by Dangerous Things, this will be up to the customer.”
